Found by Anthony Mitsios, a Siena Business Graduate, a classic theme was incorporated, Black and white  50's style decor to give a classic Diner setting while encompassing the history of NYS's Capitol, Albany. Opened September 2010 inspired by his father Nick, Anthony opened the Pearl Street Diner in Downtown Albany's Financial District.

Some of our restaurant favorites include the Spanakopita (spinach pie), classic Greek salad with chicken kebob, Traditional Rotisserie Gyro's, and our amazing sandwiches like Philly cheesesteaks and melts. Two Freshly Prepared soups daily. We have unbeatable weekly specials to keep your taste buds tantalized, from prime beef tips over egg noodles to chicken quesadillas and Chicken Pesto Paninis, the menu at Pearl Street Diner is always changing and exciting! We’ve got fantastic breakfast options too!!!

Also, made-to-order simple dishes at affordable prices compliments our strive at what we do and define diner dining in Albany's business district, where people only have a limited amount of time to eat.
